Went shopping with two of my sisters tonight! I was disappointed for the first time with my Harris Teeter trip, but I returned to get the mistakes corrected and now I am more than happy!
Here's the break down:
3 Betty Crocker Instant Potatoes- $1.19 each ($3.58 for 3)
- used .50 cents/2 coupon (doubled)
- $3/3 zvr
- $3 saving star deposit (This was a little surprise!)
Total = $3.43 cent MONEY MAKER!
Tide Pods- $5.99 (on sale for $4.99)
- $2 coupon
- $2 zvr
Total = .99 cents
2 Colgate Cavity Protection Toothpaste- $2.59 each ($5.19 for 2)
- used two .50 coupons (both doubled)
Total = $3.19 for 2
*Corrected Item-
2 Colgate Cavity Protection Toothpaste- $1 each ($2 for 2)
- used 2 .50 cent coupons (doubled)
Total = 2 FREE!
(These items rang up different prices then marked on the shelf. I got refunded the entire $5.19 plus tax, actually making the toothpastes money makers!)

- used $1/1 coupon
- $1 zvr
Total = .01 cent MONEY MAKER!

(I was refunded $1.99 plus tax for this item that also scanned as the wrong price, making it a greater money maker as well!)

- used .60/3 coupon (doubled)
- used .60/3 zvr
Total = $3.20 for 3 ($1.07 each)
Total I paid in the store = $7.86 (tax was .93 cents)
*After a $7.67 refund for incorrect prices and the $3 Saving Star rebate I didn't catch, the corrected GRAND TOTAL = -$2.83 MONEY MAKER!
All items were free and I actually made money off the transaction! Although it was inconvenient to go back for a refund, it was definitely worth it!
